PRODUCTS Shipping Information
The PRODUCTS are shipped to the delivery address(es) indicated by the CUSTOMER during the ordering process.
Shipping Time & Costs
The time required to prepare an order and issue an invoice before shipping PRODUCTS in stock is indicated on the SITE. Delivery is FREE throughout Europe, and your order will be shipped within 24/48 hours!
Our company’s facilities are located in France, and our straps are shipped from France.
Delivery Time
The delivery time is 6 to 10 days. If you do not receive your item for any reason, rest assured that we will resend it at no additional cost. However, this almost never happens!
During the ordering process, the SELLER informs the CUSTOMER of the possible shipping times and methods for the PRODUCTS purchased.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method. The CUSTOMER will owe the amount of these costs in addition to the price of the PRODUCTS purchased.

Delivery Terms
Packages will be delivered directly to the customer's mailbox. If you have had issues with theft from your mailbox, choose a "poste restante" option instead of your personal address. In the case of absence, a notice will be left for the CUSTOMER to collect the package from their post office.
Delivery Issues
The CUSTOMER is informed of the delivery date when selecting the carrier at the end of the online ordering process, before confirming the order.
The SELLER is responsible until the PRODUCT is delivered to the CUSTOMER. Please note that the CUSTOMER has three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damages or partial losses noted upon delivery.
