Warranty for Defective or Damaged Items

ACCESWATCH® will resend an item free of charge if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect within 14 days of receiving the package.
To confirm that the received item is defective, a photo highlighting the manufacturing defect or issue with the item will be requested by email.

Money-Back Guarantee

To qualify for a refund if you are not satisfied with your product, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receiving the package. However, to guarantee a refund, all returned products must be in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Note: Products purchased on promotion are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that our team has received it. We will also notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal account within one week.

Extended Warranty

We offer an extended warranty only for customers who selected this option during payment. The warranty period is extended for 100 days after purchase.

With this option, you benefit from priority shipping (order processing in 24 hours instead of 72 hours), after-sales service for 100 days, and shipping insurance in case of damage during transport.

We only offer product exchanges under the return conditions mentioned above.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund within 7 days after our confirmation, please contact us via email.

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return amount. Once we receive the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you by email.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Packages Valued Over €75

If you are shipping an item valued at over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. No refund will be issued without our team receiving your package.

1-Year Extended Warranty:

Enjoy an additional 1-year warranty starting at €19.90. We will replace or repair an item from your order for free in case of failure.
Accepted failures include: Technical issues (Bluetooth connection), Battery issues, Power issues, and Start-up problems.

Non-accepted failures: Screen breakage


If you have selected this option, return the item in its original packaging with all accessories, and we will send you a new product.
